Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking an IT Specialist – Intermediate to support Software Asset Management operations and application governance. You will review software requests, manage ServiceNow tickets, and help improve SAM processes and tools.

Responsibilities include maintaining the software catalog, evaluating new requests, and ensuring accurate data for SAM operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in Software Asset Management, IT Service Management, or a related IT operations role.
• Experience working with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Exposure to software governance or application portfolio management processes.
• Familiarity with software licensing concepts, contracts, and entitlements.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and validate data.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with end users and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
