Henderson Engineers is seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst to manage the lifecycle of IT assets, with a focus on software licensing, acquisitions, and compliance. You will coordinate with IT leadership, finance, and vendors to ensure accurate tracking and cost efficiency across the organization.

You will maintain asset data quality, support licensing compliance, and contribute to audits and renewals while driving cost transparency and governance across IT operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in IT/Business.
• 3+ years in ITAM/SAM or IT operations with licensing knowledge.
• Experience with ITAM/ITSM tools and budgeting basics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end IT asset lifecycle focusing on software licensing and procurements.
• Maintain accurate asset records in ITAM and service management systems.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and vendors to reconcile data and optimize licenses.
• Support software audits, renewals, and cost-avoidance initiatives.
• Generate reports on inventory, usage, and licensing compliance.
