Connection is seeking an IT Asset Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of hardware, software, licenses, and contracts, ensuring accurate records, compliance, and cost optimization. The role includes developing asset management processes, reporting, and procurement strategies while partnering with IT and business teams.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of IT Asset Management experience or related IT operations role.
• 2+ years of staff/resources management or leadership experience.
• Knowledge of IT hardware, software, licensing, and asset lifecycle management.
• Experience developing and implementing strategic asset management processes.
• Understanding of software licensing agreements and vendor contracts.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.

• Manage lifecycle of IT hardware, software, licenses, and contracts with accurate records and compliance.

• Maintain asset databases with lifecycle and configuration information.
