Job summary

Responsibilities

• Fulfill software requests by reviewing ServiceNow tickets, securing approvals, and meeting service levels.
• Provision software by assigning licenses and providing access or installation instructions.
• Reclaim unused licenses by reviewing usage reports and updating licenses accordingly.
• Maintain accurate license, subscription, and inventory records.
• Assist with changes for new hires, role changes, and departures to ensure correct access.
• Respond to questions about software availability, request status, and access issues; escalate complex matters as needed.
• Support routine SAM activities like license reconciliations and renewal preparation.
• Follow controls to ensure requests meet licensing and governance requirements.
