Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional, part of RELX, offers a role supporting software asset management and license provisioning. You will process ServiceNow tickets, ensure approvals, and maintain accurate license records while helping employees access approved software. The team emphasizes quality service and efficient processes.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $53,900 - $89,800. Eligible for annual incentive bonus; strong focus on organization, communication, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a customer service mindset.
• Ability to follow procedures and handle routine requests after training.
• Basic proficiency with Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Based in the United States within the Central or Eastern time zone.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or another ticketing system.
• Prior SAM experience not required; relevant education/internships encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Process software requests by reviewing tickets, approvals, and SLAs.
• Provision and reclaim licenses and coordinate with IT support as needed.
• Maintain accurate license, inventory, and ticket records.
• Support changes in employee roles, onboarding, and departures.
• Provide user support and escalate complex issues to the right team.
• Assist with license reconciliations, renewals, and reporting.
