Sun & Ski Sports is seeking a Softgoods Coordinator to lead our Apparel and Footwear departments with energy and purpose. You will drive a customer-focused, high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional service, merchandising excellence, and a fun shopping environment.

You’ll oversee store operations, sales growth, staff development, and visual merchandising while promoting Sun & Ski Sports brand in the local community.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience leading a team.
• Experience in retail operations and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations, including opening and closing.
• Lead by example with exceptional customer service.
• Train and develop team members in selling techniques.
