Sun & Ski Sports is seeking a Softgoods Coordinator to lead our Apparel and Footwear departments with energy and purpose. You will manage a customer-focused, high-performing team and revolutionize the shopping experience through exceptional service, merchandising excellence, and a fun, interactive environment.

You will drive results, streamline processes, and help build a team culture rooted in teamwork, excitement, and success.

Formación

• 1+ years of management experience leading, motivating, and developing others.
• Knowledge of retail operations including shrink reduction and inventory control.
• Strong skills in recruiting, interviewing, training, and team development.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities with vendors, teammates, and leadership.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise store operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead by example delivering exceptional customer service to exceed expectations.
• Train and develop team members on selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Increase sales through product knowledge and enthusiastic customer engagement.
• Analyze store performance and implement action plans to drive results.
• Identify challenges and provide viable solutions for operational success.
• Maintain engaging visual merchandising aligned with brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead in-store events, product knowledge clinics, and community outreach.
• Represent Sun & Ski Sports in the local community.
• Communicate with General Manager, District Manager, and Home Office to stay aligned.
• Assist in managing store expenses and payroll; adapt to business needs.
• Support Loss Prevention initiatives to minimize inventory loss and cash control.
