Sun & Ski Sports in Mammoth Lakes is seeking a Softgoods Coordinator to lead Apparel and Footwear departments with energy and purpose. You will drive a customer-focused, high-performing team, delivering exceptional service and merchandising excellence in a fun, interactive environment.

You will drive results, streamline processes, and help build a team culture rooted in teamwork and success, while representing the brand in the local community.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience leading a team in retail.
• Knowledge of retail operations, shrink reduction and inventory control.
• Strong in recruiting, interviewing and developing staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with vendors and teammates.
• Organizational and time management skills for fast-paced environments.
• Analytical and problem-solving focus with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Supervise store operations, including opening and closing.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Train and develop team members on selling techniques.
• Increase sales through product knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Analyze store performance and implement action plans.
• Identify challenges and provide viable solutions.
• Maintain engaging visual merchandising aligned with brand standards.
• Ensure policy compliance and participate in events.
• Represent the Sun & Ski Sports brand locally and coordinate with management.
• Support loss prevention and cash control initiatives.
