Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience leading a team.
• Knowledge of retail operations, shrink reduction and inventory control.
• Strong skills in recruiting, interviewing, training, and team development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with vendors, teammates, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations including opening and closing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.
• Train and develop team members on selling techniques and product knowledge.
