Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience leading a team.
• Knowledge of retail operations, shrink reduction, and inventory control.
• Strong recruiting, interviewing, training, and team development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with vendors, teammates, and leadership.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations, including opening and closing the store.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Train and develop team members on selling techniques.
• Increase sales through product knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Analyze store performance and implement action plans.
• Maintain engaging visual merchandising per brand standards.
• Ensure policy compliance.
• Lead in-store events and community outreach.
• Represent the Sun & Ski Sports brand locally.
• Communicate with General Manager, District Manager, and Home Office.
• Assist in managing store expenses and payroll.
• Support loss prevention and cash control.
