Sun & Ski Sports in Mammoth Lakes is seeking a Softgoods Coordinator to lead our Apparel and Footwear departments with energy and purpose. In this role, you'll oversee a customer-focused, high-performing team dedicated to delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You will drive results through merchandising excellence, staff development, and engaging interactions, while coordinating with store leadership to meet sales goals and maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience leading a team.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory, shrink, and loss prevention.
• Strong recruiting, interviewing, and on-boarding skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with staff and vendors.
• Organizational and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store as needed.
