Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of management experience leading others.
• Retail operations knowledge including shrink reduction and inventory control.
• Strong skills in recruiting, interviewing, training, and team development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with vendors, buyers, teammates, and leadership.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Serve in a supervisory capacity, including opening and closing the store.
• Lead by example, ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service.
• Train and develop team members on selling techniques and continuous improvement.
• Increase sales through product knowledge communication and enthusiasm.
• Analyze store performance and implement action plans to drive results.
• Identify challenges and provide viable solutions supporting operations.
• Maintain engaging visual merchandising consistent with brand standards.
• Ensure employee compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead in-store events and product knowledge clinics.
• Represent Sun & Ski Sports within the local community.
• Communicate with General Manager, District Manager, and Home Office.
• Assist in managing store expenses and payroll, adapting to business needs.
• Support Loss Prevention initiatives and inventory control.
