Job summary

Shaw Industries is seeking a Soft Surface Territory Manager for Central Florida to grow profitability and market share within the region. You will manage relationships with retailers, designers, and end users while driving sales of Shaw Floors, A/T and Philly Commercial lines.

The role requires strong sales experience, territory mobility, and the ability to use Salesforce for tracking activities. This is a field-based position covering Northern Orlando, Ocala and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of previous sales experience.
• Ability to interact with a diverse customer base in a friendly, professional manner.
• Proficient with a laptop and MS Office suite.
• Physical ability to assemble and move display fixtures; must lift >50 lbs.
• Must reside within Central Florida territory (Ocala, Orlando area and surroundings).
• Must operate and maintain a vehicle suitable for carrying product samples (SUV/van).

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily sales calls with existing customers focusing on soft surface flooring products and related items.
• Present Shaw products to retailers, designers, and end-users; analyze leads from corporate reports.
• Sell and set up display racks and promotional materials.
• Prospect for new accounts while monitoring market activity in the territory.
• Prepare and submit sales reports showing volume, goals, and market needs.
• Enter customer interactions into Salesforce and track product preferences.
• Promote all Shaw residential products and educate customers on benefits.
