Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Soft Goods Associate to engage customers across Men’s and Women’s apparel, Juniors, footwear, clearance, and fitting rooms to drive sales and deliver a top-tier shopping experience.

You will assist with front-end operations, keep Soft Goods stocked and visually appealing, and collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, professional environment. Strong product knowledge and world-class service are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Communication: strong listening and interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication.
• Computer: basic computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Organization: ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors.
• Engage Customers throughout the Soft Goods areas (Men's and Women's Apparel, Juniors, Footwear, Clearance, and Fitting Rooms).
• Maintain knowledge of Front-End operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, etc., and assist when needed.
• Ensure Soft Goods areas are stocked and presented to drive sales and customer experience.
