Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Massachusetts is seeking a flexible Soft Goods Associate to engage customers in Men’s & Women’s Apparel, Juniors, Footwear, Clearance, and Fitting Rooms, driving sales and enhancing the customer experience.

You will provide world-class service, maintain knowledge of front-end operations, and keep the Soft Goods area visually premier while supporting promotions and training.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every customer and deliver world-class service.
• Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Assist in soft goods areas (men’s/women’s apparel, juniors, footwear, clearance, fitting rooms) and keep premier stock/visuals.
• Maintain front-end knowledge (returns, exchanges, loyalty programs, discounts) and assist as needed.
• Provide product knowledge and promote promotions and events to customers.
