Maximus is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to provide behavioral healthcare, counseling, case management, and clinical support for SOF personnel and families across multiple locations. The role supports psychological, social, and operational readiness, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and authorities to strengthen services.

The position involves approved research, clinical investigations, and quality improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; professional credentialing as applicable.
• Current LCSW or LMSW license in state of practice required.
• Master’s/doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Counseling with clinical licensure.
• Experience with brief behavioral interventions and evidence‑based therapies preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supervise a team of staff and ensure adequate coverage for the program area.
• Serve as subject matter expert and ensure SLA adherence for contract requirements.
• Collaborate with medical, legal, and military leadership and stakeholders.
• Perform clinical supervision of unlicensed providers or trainees where applicable.
• Conduct research activities and quality improvement initiatives as approved.
• Provide individual, family, group, and couples therapy; assess and treat psychological disorders.
• Maintain documentation in approved systems and support program requirements.
