Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with advanced psychology credentials.
• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Current licensure (LCSW/LMSW) in state of practice.
• Post-doctoral experience in operational psychology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team to maintain high performance and SLA compliance.
• Provide clinical and operational psychology services to SOF personnel.
• Develop resiliency programs with unit leaders and active-duty psychologists.
• Lead assessment and selection programs to improve fit and performance.
• Consult on executive coaching, leadership development, and performance enhancement.
• Manage documentation, records, and program validations per gov't requirements.
• Offer crisis response and follow-up care for unit casualties or incidents.
