Job summary

Maximus seeks a Clinical Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services to support SOF readiness, resilience, and performance. The role includes leading psychology-based programs, conducting assessments, and delivering treatment to service members and their families, with cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen with a Secret clearance or eligibility, and adhere to APA ethics and licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology with licensure/credentialing requirements.
• Formal internship or residency in psychology accredited by APA.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert psychological consultation to clients and project teams.
• Lead design, implementation and evaluation of psychology-based programs.
• Develop and enhance assessment methodologies and tools.
• Conduct individual, team, and organizational assessments with actionable recommendations.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in psychology, behavioral science, and human performance.
• Lead complex client engagements and influence strategic decisions with evidence-based recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Provide mentorship and thought leadership to colleagues and clients.
• Practice within licensing board guidelines and APA ethical principles; maintain MTF privileges.
• Conduct psychological evaluations using clinical interviews, tests, and collateral sources.
• Establish psychiatric diagnoses per DSM; provide treatment and reports.
