Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services to enhance mission readiness, resilience, and performance of Special Operations Forces personnel and their families.

The role supports prevention and treatment of behavioral health concerns, contributes to selection and assessment activities, and delivers performance enhancement training. U.S. citizenship and a Secret security clearance are required or eligible for contract performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field with substantial clinical experience.
• Advanced degree in psychology required (Masters/PhD/PsyD).
• Experience with psychological assessment and evidence-based practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert psychological consultation to clients and teams.
• Lead design and evaluation of psychology-based programs and initiatives.
• Develop assessment methodologies to support organizational objectives.
• Conduct psychological evaluations and provide actionable recommendations.
• Produce reports of evaluation and treatment as required.
