Job summary

Maximus seeks a Behavioral Health Technician to provide behavioral healthcare, counseling, case management, and clinical support for SOF personnel and families. The role supports psychological, social, and operational readiness and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams.

U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance are required or eligible to obtain one. This position is pending contract award and involves research activities and adherence to DoD guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current LCSW or LMSW with license valid in the state of practice is required.
• Minimum of two years of related experience.
• Must meet credentialing and privileging standards per DoD guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of employees and ensure adequate staff coverage.
• Serve as subject matter expert for program knowledge and maintain SLA compliance.
• Provide behavioral health services including individual, family, group, and couples therapy and evaluations.
