Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support SOF personnel and their families with behavioral health care, counseling, case management, and clinical support.

The role requires active US Secret security clearance eligibility and a Bachelor’s degree with professional licensure (LCSW/LMSW). It involves work across multiple bases, collaboration with diverse stakeholders, and participation in research and program improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of related experience.
• Current LCSW or LMSW license in the practicing state required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of employees to maintain high performance and contract compliance.
• Ensure adequate staff coverage for the program area.
• Provide clinical support, case management, and behavioral health expertise to SOF personnel and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, medical personnel, legal authorities, and commanders.
• Participate in research, quality improvement, and program evaluation activities.
