Nexus-PATH is located across North Dakota and offers mental health services, outpatient clinical services, and treatment foster care.

We have an opportunity for a full-time Social Worker Supervisor in our Fargo, ND Nexus-PATH office!

In this role, you will provide supervision to resource families and clinical oversight to staff.

Salary starting at $60,000+ depending on experience!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Supervise and oversee assigned staff daily.
  2. Participate in supervision sessions, including clinical case reviews.
  3. Coordinate staff meetings and training sessions.
  4. Participate in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  5. Support the management of trauma-informed, family-engaged treatment programs.
  6. Develop and maintain clinical procedures supporting effective treatment delivery.
  7. Monitor treatment effectiveness and implement improvements.
  8. Ensure staff/client ratios meet standards and safety requirements.
  9. Train new staff on program expectations and trauma-informed practices.
  10. Oversee foster care placement, licensing, and resource family management.
  11. Recruit, license, train, and supervise resource families.
  12. Ensure compliance with licensing laws and standards.
  13. Participate in local and state resource family recruitment and retention strategies.
  14. Conduct family/homestudy assessments and background checks.
  15. Supervise interactions between resource families and children.
  16. Provide crisis intervention when necessary.
  17. Coordinate treatment services and maintain case documentation.
  18. Collaborate with legal custodians and treatment teams.
  19. Plan treatment activities, family contacts, and transportation.
  20. Advocate for youth and family resources and educate the community.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work
  • LBSW certification
  • Valid driver’s license and compliance with driving requirements
  • At least 3 years of Social Work experience
