Nexus-PATH is located across North Dakota and offers mental health services, outpatient clinical services, and treatment foster care.
We have an opportunity for a full-time Social Worker Supervisor in our Fargo, ND Nexus-PATH office!
In this role, you will provide supervision to resource families and clinical oversight to staff.
Salary starting at $60,000+ depending on experience!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and oversee assigned staff daily.
- Participate in supervision sessions, including clinical case reviews.
- Coordinate staff meetings and training sessions.
- Participate in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Support the management of trauma-informed, family-engaged treatment programs.
- Develop and maintain clinical procedures supporting effective treatment delivery.
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Ensure staff/client ratios meet standards and safety requirements.
- Train new staff on program expectations and trauma-informed practices.
- Oversee foster care placement, licensing, and resource family management.
- Recruit, license, train, and supervise resource families.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws and standards.
- Participate in local and state resource family recruitment and retention strategies.
- Conduct family/homestudy assessments and background checks.
- Supervise interactions between resource families and children.
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary.
- Coordinate treatment services and maintain case documentation.
- Collaborate with legal custodians and treatment teams.
- Plan treatment activities, family contacts, and transportation.
- Advocate for youth and family resources and educate the community.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work
- LBSW certification
- Valid driver’s license and compliance with driving requirements
- At least 3 years of Social Work experience
