The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $42,000 - $95,000. Final compensation will depend on factors such as location, education, experience, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications

What You Will Do in This Role:

• Ensure installation quality on the project site, including manufacturing and subcontractor quality
• Manage quality checklists and submit Corrective Actions for discrepancies
• Oversee on-site safety, including safety audits
• Assist with routine equipment trials to meet specifications and standards
• Report on schedule and resources to project managers and clients
• Train contract labor and subcontractors in equipment installation
• Write clear and concise trip reports as per procedures
• Identify problems and suggest solutions in straightforward situations
• Travel as needed, up to 100%, and be on call for travel
• Perform physical tasks on construction sites, including lifting at least 50 lbs

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 10 years troubleshooting electromechanical equipment
• Experience with AGVS, AS/RS, or conveyors preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred
• Experience with quality assurance
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and shifts with OT pay
• Proficiency with computers, databases, and communication tools
• Knowledge of PC hardware and software setup
• Valid driver’s license
