Qualifications

About the Role

We’re looking for a Clinical Supervisor to support our team of trainees and associates (AMFTs, APCCs, ACSWs) through individual and group supervision. You'll play a key role in guiding clinical skill development, ensuring documentation and compliance standards are met, and fostering a strong sense of professional growth and community.

This is a great fit for a licensed mental health professional who enjoys mentorship, collaboration, and improving access to care for youth and families.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, triadic, and group clinical supervision (remote) in alignment with BBS and CYBHI standards
• Review and co-sign clinical documentation (notes, treatment plans, etc.) and coach supervisees toward high-quality, timely work
• Monitor supervisee performance and participate in evaluations, improvement plans, and clinical training
• Serve as a collaborative partner with Clinical Leadership and Program Managers
• Maintain accurate supervision records and adjust schedules as needed during school breaks
  Offer support during on-call hours (minimum 1 shift/week)

What You Bring

• Licensed in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC (in good standing for at least 2 years)
• Completion of BBS-required Clinical Supervision Training (CEUs)
• Experience in clinical supervision, preferably in a school-based or youth-focused setting
• Strong understanding of HIPAA/FERPA, law & ethics, and EHR documentation
  Confidence leading others, excellent communication skills, and an eye for detail
• PPS credential is a plus, but not required
