West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing (WSFSSH) in New York seeks a Clinical Coordinator I to supervise social work staff and provide clinical supervision across programs. The role focuses on admissions, case management, and coordination with a Building Manager to support residents.

Ideal candidates hold an MSW with an active LMSW/LCSW preferred, plus at least 2 years of supervisory experience and 5 years serving older adults or homeless populations.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Social Work is required, with LCSW preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years working with older adults or people with homelessness, chronic mental health issues or substance abuse.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical and case management supervision to all social work and case management staff.
• Provide access to clinical supervision to all staff as needed.
• Review applications for admission and participate in home visits and decisions.
• Provide clinical support for psychiatric emergencies and review plans/notes.
• Ensure chart audits for contract and regulatory requirements.
• Lead weekly team meetings and coordinate staff training.
• Supervise social work interns as needed.
