Job summary

Atrium Centers Mulder Health Care in Wisconsin is seeking a Social Services Director to lead resident and family support, ensuring quality of life in a collaborative, mission-driven setting. You will develop and evaluate social services programs, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

Preferred Licensed Social Worker, minimum one year of supervised social work experience in a healthcare setting, strong

• Minimum of one year of supervised social work experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience working with the psychosocial needs of the elderly, preferred
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and reimbursement guidelines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
• Excellent attendance and professionalism

Responsibilities
