Job summary

Atrium Centers Tomah Nursing & Rehabilitation in the Town of Tomah, WI, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for residents. You’ll supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and uphold high cleanliness standards.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and compassionate service, with opportunities to contribute to resident well‑being and collaborate across departments to enhance the overall experience.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a long‑term care facility or larger institution preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to relate positively to residents and families.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Housekeeping team members and schedules.
