Job summary

Atrium Centers in Mansfield, OH, is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our facility. You will direct all aspects of operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and coach a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, individualized care in a supportive, employee-owned environment.

This role emphasizes resident rights, budget management, staff development, and collaboration with social workers to meet emotional and social needs.

Qualifications

• Current state LNHA license required or pending.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in healthcare facility management.
• Experience supervising staff and managing budgets.
• Knowledge of resident rights and nursing home regulations.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facility operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Supervise nursing staff and support personnel to maintain high standards of care
• Ensure facility compliance at federal and state levels, including routine inspections
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
• Promote resident rights, respect, and dignity
• Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to optimize operational efficiency
• Coordinate with social workers to address residents’ emotional and social needs
• Implement staff training programs on best practices in care techniques
• Foster a positive environment that encourages resident engagement and participation

What You Bring

• Current state Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

• Bachelor’s degree, preferred

• 1–3 years of experience managing a healthcare or long-term care facility

• Proven experience in operations management within a healthcare setting

• Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team development and performance management

• Knowledge of resident rights, care plans, and nursing home regulations

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
