Job summary

Atrium Centers Blossom Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a nursing leader with an active RN license to guide our nursing department. You will collaborate with leadership to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

This role emphasizes staff development, resident-first care, and a supportive environment. You’ll oversee charting, discharge procedures, and continual improvement in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Requires RN license in state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude and dependable attendance.
• Genuine passion for improving the lives of residents.

Responsibilities
