Job summary

Atrium Centers Heritage Nursing & Rehabilitation Community is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations within a healthcare setting. You will ensure safe, reliable building systems and maintain a welcoming environment for residents and staff.

The role requires supervising maintenance teams, managing schedules and budgets, and coordinating compliance with state standards. On-call coverage and emergency responsiveness are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance within healthcare or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and participate in on-call coverage.
• Knowledge of state rules and safety standards.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the facility’s daily maintenance operations and team members.
• Ensure equipment, utilities, and building systems remain in safe, working order.
• Maintain facility grounds to provide a clean, secure, and welcoming environment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational needs.
• Manage supplies, maintenance schedules, and departmental budgets.
• Maintain required records and documentation for compliance and inspections.
• Support regulatory readiness and ensure adherence to state and safety standards.
• Participate in emergency response and on-call rotation as needed.
