Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to keep our healthcare centers safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained for residents, families, and teammates.

You will supervise daily maintenance operations, manage equipment and budgets, and ensure compliance with state safety standards. A proactive, collaborative approach and solid reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance within a healthcare or long-term care setting (preferred).
• Ability to respond to emergencies and participate in on-call coverage.
• Good working knowledge of applicable state rules and regulations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork and service.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

• Maintain facility grounds to provide a clean, secure, and welcoming environment
