Job summary

The Louisiana Department of Health is seeking a Social Services Analyst 1–3 to interpret complex regulations and guide clients through Economic Stability programs. Responsibilities

• Determine Eligibility for Economic Stability Programs by gathering, analyzing, and documenting client information and applying laws and policies.
• Provide Quality Customer Service and Program Guidance, explaining rules and referring appropriately.
• Manage and Document Caseloads and Case Activity with accurate forms and records.
• Serve as Lead Analyst and Mentor, training and advising new staff and reviewing cases for accuracy.
• Support Supervisory and Operational Functions, assist with reports and workload balancing.
• Ensure Quality Control and Compliance Review, monitor findings and implement corrective actions.
• Provide Training, Representation, and Community Engagement in policy forums and partnerships.
