Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in social services; OR
• Six years of full-time experience in any field; OR
• A bachelor's degree.
• Experience Substitution: Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. Maximum substitution is 120 semester hours (four years).

Responsibilities

• Determine Eligibility for Economic Stability Programs by gathering, analyzing, and documenting client information; interpret and apply laws and policies.
• Provide Quality Customer Service and Program Guidance with referrals and respectful service.
• Manage and Document Caseloads and Case Activity with forms and records.
• Serve as Lead Analyst and Mentor; train, mentor, and provide technical assistance to staff.
• Support Supervisory and Operational Functions; assist in evaluating programs and rebalancing workload.
• Ensure Quality Control and Compliance; review samples and ensure policy adherence.
• Provide Training and Community Engagement; represent the agency in forums and trainings.
