Qualifications

• Three years of experience in social services.
• Six years of full-time experience in any field.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Determine Eligibility for Economic Stability Programs by gathering, analyzing, and documenting client information and applying laws and policies.
• Provide Quality Customer Service and Program Guidance with non-discriminatory service.
• Manage and Document Caseloads and Case Activity with accurate records and correspondence.
• Serve as Lead Analyst and Mentor for new staff and support.
• Support Supervisory and Operational Functions including reports and workload balance.
• Ensure Quality Control and Compliance of cases with state/federal rules.
• Provide Training, Representation, and Community Engagement in policy and trainings.
