• Determine Eligibility for Economic Stability Programs by gathering and documenting client information and interpreting laws.
• Provide Quality Customer Service and Program Guidance with respectful, bias-free assistance.
• Manage and Document Caseloads and Case Activity with accurate forms and records.
• Serve as Lead Analyst and Mentor to new and lower-level staff, reviewing cases and assisting with performance development.
• Support Supervisory and Operational Functions by assisting in process evaluation and workload balancing.
• Ensure Quality Control and Compliance through monitoring samples and implementing corrective actions.
• Provide Training, Representation, and Community Engagement in policy and forums.
