• 3+ years managing social media and online communities for a brand or agency.
• Excellent written English for U.S. homeowners and local voice.
• Proven reputation management with reviews at scale.
• Experience with AI-assisted drafting and brand voice rules.

Responsabilidades

• Own reviews and reputation: respond to Google, Yelp, and Birdseye within 48 hours.
• Handle negative reviews with care and escalate when needed.
• Write and maintain review response guidelines.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to drive review generation.
• Monitor ratings and recurring themes; flag risks.
• Maintain profiles and citations with SEO team.
• Build and manage the community across channels.
• Engage comments and DMs with a consistent voice.
• Join local conversations and influence where appropriate.
• Route inquiries to Customer Service in GoHighLevel.
