This hybrid role requires 30 hours a week, three days on-site, and a strong writer with customer-service instincts. You’ll collaborate with the team to monitor platforms, report insights, and support broader performance marketing goals.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in community management or customer-facing roles.
• Able to work on-site in Raleigh three days per week.

• Good judgment and composure when responding to frustrated customers.
