• Experience working with legal/compliance review processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance of social media activity across non-BBU brands and ensure brand voice consistency.
• Direct legal, regulatory, and compliance review of all content prior to posting.
• Manage content calendars, scheduling, and posting cadence across brands.
• Monitor social media for brand mentions, inquiries, and trends; coordinate timely responses and risk escalation.
• Enable front-line Consumer Relations with messaging templates, FAQs, and guidance.
• Triaging and escalating high-risk interactions; coordinating with Legal, Quality, Safety, Marketing.
