Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Manager, Social Media – Non-BBU Brands to oversee governance, scheduling, and risk management for non-BBU brands across Barcel USA, Bimbo Canada, Bimbo UK, and more.

You will ensure all content is legally compliant, brand-appropriate, and aligned with corporate standards, coordinating with Legal, Marketing, and Consumer Relations to support campaigns and protect the brand. Provide front-line teams with templates and training to maintain consistency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in social media management or consumer relations.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and engagement strategies.
• Ability to develop and enforce brand voice across channels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance of social media activity across all non-BBU brands on multiple platforms.
• Ensure legal, regulatory, and brand guideline compliance before posting.
• Manage content calendars, scheduling, and posting cadence across brands.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Marketing, and Consumer Relations.
• Monitor sentiment and escalates high-risk or sensitive issues as needed.
• Provide templates, FAQs, and guidance to front-line teams.
