Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media management and content strategy.
• Demonstrated expertise managing organic social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) with proven ability to grow community and engagement.
• Hands-on content production experience including filming, video editing, design, and copywriting.
• Data-driven mindset: regularly analyze metrics, draw insights, and translate them into strategic recommendations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with paid ads, partnership/creator, email, and broader marketing teams.
• Strong project management skills: plan, organize, and execute across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of digital culture and platform trends. You know what resonates and are an active user of multiple platforms.
• Self-directed and proactive. You identify opportunities, solve problems independently, and bring ideas to the table.

Responsabilités

• Lead organic social content strategy and performance across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
• Lead the development and execution of the content calendar, including inbound cross-functional requests.
• Lead end-to-end content production (concepting, filming, editing, design, copywriting, scheduling).
• Execute content that supports strategic pillars, including product launches, retailer support, and brand storytelling.
• Own and evolve Blume's social voice, ensuring content is culturally relevant and platform-native.
• Identify platform-specific growth opportunities and emerging trends.
• Own views, engagement, and follower growth KPIs across channels.
• Provide monthly reporting with insights and optimization recommendations.
