Job summary

Rose Rock Marketing is seeking a Social Media Manager and Content Creator to craft engaging content for multiple social platforms and assist the CEO and Director of Social Operations with marketing duties.

You will handle content ideation, filming, editing, and posting, build content calendars, and monitor trends. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required, with some remote work possibilities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience with social media and marketing campaigns with a portfolio to show.
• Valid driver’s license without restrictions that affects your ability to operate company owned vehicle(s) and ability to maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Creates content for multiple social media accounts (includes on-site photography, short form video creation and minimal graphic design).
• Represents the client publicly, including on-camera for campaigns, interviews, and public speaking across all social media platforms.
• Develops and executes every step of content creation, including ideation, filming, editing, and posting, for social media campaigns that align with client objectives and increase brand awareness.
• Build social media content calendars.
• Upload and schedule social media posts monthly.
• Analyze, monitor, and communicate social media trends.
• Works under general supervision of the Director of Social Operations while coordinating projects for clients.
• Independently manage special projects and tasks as assigned by the Director of Marketing.
• Uses a personal device on occasion to provide an additional layer of security for company network and site access through multi-factor authentication.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
