Job summary

Rose Rock Marketing is seeking a Social Media Manager and Content Creator to develop content for multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok. You will coordinate with the CEO and Director of Social Operations on campaigns, brand voice, and performance analytics.

The role requires on-site and flexible remote work, occasional travel, and the ability to craft engaging visuals, write copy, and manage posting schedules. A portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating social media campaigns across platforms.
• Valid driver’s license (if driving for tasks).

Responsibilities

• Create content for multiple social accounts (photo, video, basic graphics).
• Represent client publicly across platforms with on-camera presence.
• Plan and execute content creation steps: ideation, filming, editing, posting.
• Build and manage social content calendars.
• Upload and schedule posts monthly.
• Analyze social trends and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with Director of Social Operations on projects.
• Handle special projects as assigned by leadership.
• Use personal device for security access when needed.
• Take on additional responsibilities as required.
