Job summary

Pavago is seeking a hands-on Social Media Manager to own content planning, publishing, community engagement, and performance across major platforms. Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional social media management experience.
• Experience managing multiple major social platforms.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills.
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Availability during U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage structured content calendars.
• Create, write, edit, schedule, and publish platform-specific content.
• Develop content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
• Identify trends, content opportunities, hooks, and new formats.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging.
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and inquiries.
• Build engagement through proactive community interaction.
• Maintain fast, professional response times.
• Escalate customer or reputation-related issues when needed.
• Coordinate graphics, short-form video, and multimedia content.
• Work with designers, editors, and marketing teams on campaigns.
• Support organic and paid social initiatives.
• Assist with influencer partnerships and UGC campaigns.
• Continuously test new creative concepts and messaging.
• Track engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, traffic, and conversions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly social performance reports.
• Identify top-performing content and replicate winning patterns.
• Run A/B tests and optimize content based on performance data.
• Use tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or HubSpot
