TNBWS Corp. is seeking a self-motivated Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube. This fully remote role focuses on building an engaged community, generating leads, and boosting brand awareness.

You will craft content, implement data-driven campaigns, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive measurable results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of social media management experience, preferably in a B2B, sales, or recruitment-related industry.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar content design tools.
• Strong copywriting skills for captions, posts, and ads.
• Experience using analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) to optimize campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of social media trends and viral content strategies.
