Job summary

Beam is a high-growth health and wellness brand seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to grow our organic presence, build an engaged community, and own social storytelling across Instagram, TikTok and beyond. This hands-on role requires content creation, trend spotting, copywriting, and collaboration with Creative and Marketing to support launches, campaigns and product moments.

You have 2–4 years in social media or content, are proficient with CapCut, Photoshop or Adobe Creative Cloud, and

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing.
• Strong writing skills and platform-native content creation ability.
• Hands-on video creation/editing with CapCut or Adobe tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage Beam's Instagram, TikTok and other social channels daily.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content; write engaging copy.
• Create/edit short-form video and UGC-style content.
• Collaborate with Creative and Marketing on launches and campaigns.
• Engage with the community and monitor trends.
