Job summary

Beam is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to grow our organic social presence and build a community that loves the brand. This hands-on role focuses on creating content, staying on-trend, and learning how a growing consumer brand scales its social presence.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and curious, with experience across Instagram, TikTok, and video editing tools. 2–4 years in related roles and a willingness to work in a fast-moving environment are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, content creation, marketing, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience creating and editing short-form video content using CapCut, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong writing skills and ability to create engaging, platform-native content.
• Creative, organized, curious, and able to move quickly in a growing brand.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of Beam's Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels.
• Help manage Beam's social content calendar, including planning, scheduling, and publishing content.
• Stay up to date on social trends, sounds, creators, formats, and internet culture; bring new ideas to the team.
• Develop and execute social-first content ideas, recurring series, and formats.
• Create and edit short-form content for Instagram and TikTok, including UGC-style videos and still imagery.
• Write engaging, on-brand social copy tailored to each platform.
• Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing teams to bring social content ideas to life.
• Support social content around product launches, seasonal moments, campaigns, and other brand initiatives.
• Help manage Beam's social community by responding to comments and engaging with customers.
• Identify opportunities to highlight customers and creators across Beam's social channels.
• Collaborate with Influencer team to align creator and organic content.
• Support activations around launches, events, sampling, and other brand moments.
• Track basic social media performance and share learnings with Marketing and Creative teams.
• Use insights to inform future content ideas and improve performance.
• Test new content formats and approaches across Beam's social channels.
