Qualifications

• Must manage multiple social platforms simultaneously and drive platform-specific results.
• Excellent hooks, CTAs, captions, scripts, and stories writing skills.
• Able to post, format, and schedule content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track performance metrics and iterate.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance and growth of each major platform: Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
• Ensure content is posted on time, correctly formatted, and optimized for native performance.
• Collaborate with content and copy teams to execute the content calendar.
• Manage and optimize outbound/inbound DMs, comments, and audience interactions.
• Own and manage DM automation flows (ManyChat, etc.) and ensure conversions.
• Track platform-specific metrics: views, reach, saves, clicks, conversions, growth.
• Proactively report back with actionable insights and next tests.
• Lead growth experiments in hooks, content types, timing, and hashtags.
