Job summary

Bumble Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager, Social Media to collaborate with the social team in crafting platform-native content, staying culturally relevant, and engaging with our community. The role involves content capture, editing, and contributing ideas to campaigns while developing a strong creative and strategic point of view.

This is an entry-to-mid level role based in New York with opportunities to work remote or on-site, attending events and capturing content in real-world settings.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, community management, or a related field.
• You spend a lot of time on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms with strong instincts for how people communicate on them.
• You’re comfortable being on camera and excited to appear in Bumble content when needed.
• You have experience with short-form video editing or are excited to develop your skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Social Media Manager in creating platform-native content for Bumble across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Be comfortable getting in front of the camera and appearing in Bumble social content.
• Capture social-first photo and video content on an iPhone at events and in everyday moments.
• Develop instincts for strong social-first content including hooks, framing, pacing, storytelling, and editing.
