Job summary

Bumble is seeking an Associate Manager, Social Media in New York who lives and breathes internet culture, ready to craft platform-native content and help grow Bumble’s social presence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

You’ll work with the Social Media Manager on day-to-day posting, events, and content capture, while developing a strong creative and strategic point of view and learning through hands-on experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, community management, or related field.
• Strong instincts for TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and in Bumble content.
• Experience with short-form video editing or eagerness to learn.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support content creation across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Capture photo and video content on iPhone at events and shoots.
• Engage people to participate in social content.
• Monitor content performance and propose improvements.
