• 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, community management, content creation, or related field ( internships or freelance count).
• Strong instincts for how audiences communicate on TikTok/Instagram.
• Comfortable being on camera and appearing in Bumble content.
• Experience with short-form video editing or eagerness to develop this skill.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Capture social content on an iPhone at events, activations, shoots, or in daily moments.
• Develop hooks, framing, pacing, storytelling, and editing for social-first content.
• Monitor performance, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Partnerships teams to execute campaigns.
